Predators are wild animals that are very highly regarded. They attract a very high number of visitors. They include the lions, cheetahs, leopards and hyenas. These are the most common in Africa and especially Kenya. All the country's national parks harbor a great number of them. Predators especially the lions live in groups that dominated by males. They hunt in groups and can easily be caught in the act during any time of the day. Their roar reverberates across the whole jungle and they symbolize mightiness. The cheetahs are a bit smaller in size but none of the above animals can match their speed.

Predators like cheetahs are common in grasslands and areas where there are a lot of plains. In these areas they can be able to run at their best speeds and catch up with their prey. The hyena is a bit slower in its running speed, but can run for very long distances without getting tired. This kind of adaptation helps them to chase their prey until they get exhausted.
